The Knowledge@Noon Process and Timeline

The Knowledge@Noon Webinar Process

1. The Knowledge@Noon Webinar creation process begins 60 days before the day of the event, and materials must be sent to BlueVolt 30 days before the Webinar.

2. You provide us with a PowerPoint presentation, a photo of the Webinar presenter(s), your company's logo, and a list of E-mail addresses of potential viewers.

3. BlueVolt edits your PowerPoint presentation, help you write a script, and verifies your E-mail list.

What you'll need:

1. Presenter Photo

  • Attach a photo of of the presenter(s).
  • This photo will be included in the webinar reminded that will be E-mailed to all potential webinar attendees.

2. Your Company's Logo. (You can also include an image of your product if you wish).
3. PowerPoint presentation:

  • Final Version. This should be about ½ hour or 15 slides in length.
  • No animations or transitions please. We have to remove these from your presentation before the webinar.
  • Number the slides.

 5 Quiz Questions

4. Quiz Questions:

  • Five multiple choice or true/false quiz questions with correct and incorrect answers to test people on your PowerPoint presentation (in an email or word document is fine).

5. Email List:

  • A list of people to send the invitation to. 
  • We have the A-D list which has about 500 people but that is only one person from each department. 
  • If you have anyone to add please send us a list of their emails in a text or Excel file.
E-mail List
 Invite your sales team! 6. Sales team E-mail list: 

  • You are welcome to invite your sales team to the webinar.
  • Please provide us a list (in Excel format ) of your company salespeople and/or the manufacturers agents that represent your company.

7. Web Camera:

  • you will also want to make sure you have a web camera for the presentation.
  • If you do not already have one at your company we reccommend purchasing  the webcam we use, which is the Logitech QuickCam Fusion (link to purchase page to come soon).
  • You can also purchase a Logitech Quickcam for under $50 which will work just fine but the picture quality will be slightly lower.

4 Days After Event Send Quiz Reminder   Take the Quiz, earn $Bluebucks.
8 Days After Event Gather Stats on participants; collect survey & poll data. Add up $BlueBucks.    
10 Days After Event Report Results to Presenter. Archive Event.   Attendee may watch archived event.
