As a first step, we recommend you upgrade to the newest version of your OS and browser prior to contacting us about technical difficulties with your course, as we can only provide limited support for other browsers and operating systems.
Not all courses are created in the same way. Some will complete with your computer settings and others may not. If you have difficulties viewing a course, please try a different browser or some of the suggestions in the other articles in this section.
Browser Compatibility
**SPECIAL NOTE: Adobe has announced it will End of Life Flash in 2020. This means Adobe will no longer support Flash and browsers will increasingly become unable to support Flash. We are working with universities on the BlueVolt platform to update and remove Flash content ahead of this. If you are a university admin, please contact your BlueVolt Customer Success Manager with questions. For more information from Adobe, please see Flash & The Future of Interactive Content.
BlueVolt CEU Electrical Continuing Education
For these courses, we strongly encourage you to view them on a desktop/laptop with the above system requirements. The courses are not optimized for mobile devices and we have found that mobile operating systems and devices do not appropriately and accurately relay your seat time to our system. All CEU courses have state-required seat times which must be met for the course to register as complete and move to Ready to Pay and reporting. To avoid spending additional, unnecessary time on a course, please make sure you are taking it from a desktop or laptop with the recommended specifications above.
