Frequently the verification email will get caught in a SPAM filter and go to your Junk Mail folder. Please check there and also add "email@example.com" to your Safe Senders list, so you can reliably receive such emails in the future. Please also ask your IT department to add the domain @bluevolt.com to the email whitelist of approved senders.
Also, make sure that the email the verification link was sent to matches the email on your account.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to update your email address prior to beginning a redemption. The redemption process will require verification of the email address on record at the moment you begin your redemption.
