There are two main requisites for successfully completing BlueVolt courses:
- All required modules have a status of Completed, Viewed, or Passed. If a module doesn't say "(optional)" alongside the module name, then it's required. If any of the required modules say "In Progress", then they'll need to be completed.
- Any seat time requirement in place must be met. If you see "You have not yet met the seat time requirement. You still have XXX minutes to complete the course" in your course's Outline tab, then your course has a seat time requirement. You can re-launch modules and review the material until the requirement has been met.
Note: if you are taking a 2017 NEC Code course and have already completed all the chapters, you will need to launch the "All Chapters (Content Only)(Optional)" section in order to run down the remaining seat time. This section can be launched even after it is marked passed.
