This could happen for several reasons:
- Your license is not listed in your profile. To add a license, click on "Profile" then Edit Licenses.
- If you're looking for an older certificate, you could have an account under an old email address. Try using that older address to log in to our system.
- Not all courses are accepted in all states. Please check the Details tab of a course under the heading, This course is approved in the following states, to see what other states will accept a certificate for this course.
- Some courses with differing credits in different states ARE equivalent, but a certificate is not automatically generated. If the course does have an equivalent in a state we report directly to, this completion will still be reported even if the certificate was not automatically added to your account.
Note: If you are taking the Oregon Rules and Laws For Electricians course in order to obtain a provisional license, please select Oregon as the jurisdiction and list Provisional as the license number. You can make the expiration date any future date and the license will save. You should now see a certificate listed in your profile.
If you have any questions about whether a course was reported, please check first with your State Electrical Board.
