If you're getting an error during checkout, be aware of these things:
- Double check all the information associated with the card you're using.
- Billing Address
- CVV/Security Code
- Expiration Date
- Card Number
- If the error message says something like "Declined. Unable to process. Error Code 15005", this error code means the problem is with your issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank/credit card company to resolve the issue.
Once you have verified the data is correct and handled any issues with the issuing bank, try your payment again.
