This can mean one of three things:
- There's no license information in your profile;
- The course has expired; or
- The course isn't accepted in the state(s) that you're licensed in.
If you don't have your license information in your profile, you can click on My BlueVolt CEU Account, then click Profile, then Edit Licenses, enter your license information in and Save. Then you can go back to your course & resume payment.
Check the Details Tab of the course near the top for any possible expiration date, and then check under the heading "This course is approved in the following states" to see if your state is listed.
