This feature must be activated by your Customer Success Manager.
Once active, it will prevent learners from editing information on their profile page such as phone number and address. If there are required fields which haven't been populated, the learner will be prompted to fill in the required fields upon login. Once those fields have been successfully populated, the Profile Page will be locked to prevent further editing.
NOTE: This feature is best suited for universities which have User Management integration and prefer to have their user accounts managed solely via third-party system.
