$BlueBucks Haven't Been Credited to Account

There are a few reasons this might happen:

  1. Not every course in our catalog offers $BlueBucks.  Check the Details tab to verify that your course offers $BB for successful completion.
  2. Once a course is complete, the $BBs will be added to your account. But, if a course is registering as In Progress, check for any modules or quizzes in the course that aren't registering as completed and finish them.
  3. You can only earn $BlueBucks once per course.  Check to see if it's a course you've already taken & earned $BBs from.
