CEU: Unable to Submit Payment

There are three main reasons you might be unable to submit your payment. 

  1. We don't have a license on file for you.
  2. The course has expired.
    • Go to your Transcript and review courses to see if the one in question says Inactive
  3. The course is not accepted in the state(s) for which you have provided license information.
    • You can find all the states which have approved a course by looking at the course's Details page.
