There are three main reasons you might be unable to submit your payment.
- We don't have a license on file for you.
- Click Add/Edit License Information on your Profile for information on adding a license or editing an existing license.
- The course has expired.
- Go to your Transcript and review courses to see if the one in question says Inactive.
- The course is not accepted in the state(s) for which you have provided license information.
- You can find all the states which have approved a course by looking at the course's Details page.
