Course Shows "In Progress" After Completing the Course

There are a few things to check if this happens

Refresh the Course Outline page (with all the launch buttons) to make sure your that progress feedback is up-to-date.

  1. All modules that don't say Optional are required. Make sure all required modules have a status of Completed, Viewed, or Passed.
  2. Check the Course Outline page to see if your course has a seat time requirement. If it does, you can re-launch modules in the course and review the material until the seat time has been met. Launch the module and let it run without moving the time-slider forward or stopping it early.
  3. If you're using a mobile device, check the course's Details tab to see if it states Compatible with mobile devices.  If it doesn't say this, you can only complete the course on a desktop/laptop.
