Email Group Members

You can use the Course Emailer in the Admin to email everyone in a group (even if they are not in the course). 

If you'd like to send an email to everyone in the group "Outside Sales", for example, you would do the following:

  1. Go to Admin > Training > Course Emailer
  2. Choose Course (You may choose any course - it doesn't matter which one)
  3. Choose your Group
  4. Select All students from the Enrollment Status drop-down menu. This will select all the students in the group regardless of enrollment status in the course.
  5. Check Send me a copy if you wish to have a copy of the email.
  6. Fill in the subject and body of the message as you like.

TIP: You can use the tokens specified underneath the "Choose Course" box to customize your message.
