Popup Window Launches, but the Screen is Black or Blank

First, ensure you're using a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. Next, try the following:

  1. Double-check you've got Flash enabled on your browser. 
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. If viewing on a mobile device, make sure the course says "Mobile Compatible."
  4. Wait and try launching the course during a lighter network traffic time.


Once you've done the items above, open a fresh browser window and log into your account and try re-launching the course again. If the screen is still black, contact support@bluevolt.com
