What is the CE Manager Program?
With CE Manager, you can manage your team's CEUs, professional development, and compliance training through tailored online courses on the BlueVolt platform. Discount tiers apply, and some tiers allow Group Admin access to the platform.
Reach out to ceu@bluevolt.com for a quote. Send us your electricians' information and any course preferences. We'll set you up for success.
What am I able to do as a Group Admin?
Log into the platform. Click Admin at the top right of your screen.
Add and Edit Users.
Click My University > Users > Users.
- Get Users > View all of your learners. There is a button to view transcript information and one to edit learner profiles.
- Add New User > Add a new learner to your group.
- You can also add a new learner by sending an email to ceu@bluevolt.com. Include your company name and new learner information (first name, last name, and email).
View Learner Transcripts and Access Learner Completion Certificates.
Click My University > Users > Users > Get Users > View Transcript.
Select Enrollment Status to view progress. "All" will show both in progress and completed courses. Any completed course will have a course certificate available for download.
Access Training Analytics.
Click Analytics > Training Reports > Course Enrollment Totals.
Adjust settings and either run a report or set up a scheduled report.
This report will show all learners and course progress for the selected time period.

How do I add new electricians to my CE Manager account?
Add new learners through My University > Users > Users.

My company purchased seats ahead of time. How do I tell how many seats are left?

How do I check my electricians' course progress?
CET Report or via their transcript.
My electrician is having issues with their course. How can they get assistance?
Send an email to ceusupport@bluevolt.com.

What about completion reporting?
Course completion certificates are available right away. We report to all applicable states the next business day and send out a confirmation email to learners.
