IMPORTANT: Make sure to update your email address prior to beginning a redemption. The redemption process will require verification of the email address on record at the moment you begin your redemption.
The Link In The Verification Email Is Not Clickable
Sometimes email programs will suppress the link if an email has been marked as SPAM. If the email is in the SPAM folder, move it to your Inbox then click the link.
If your email program converts everything to "Text" format, please copy the link and paste it into your browser's address bar. Sometimes this link will wrap around to two lines, so be sure you copy and paste the entire link.
Verification Email Not Received
Frequently the verification email will get caught in a SPAM filter and go to your Junk Mail folder. Please check there and also add "support@bluevolt.com" to your Safe Senders list, so you can reliably receive such emails in the future. Please also ask your IT department to add the IP 198.37.159.192 to the whitelist for approved emails on your email server. Alternately, you can whitelist the domain bluevolt.com.
Also, make sure that the email the verification link was sent to matches the email on your account.
Verification Email Leads to Different Login Screen
If you connect to your training from another site (such as an association website), you'll first need to log into your account and navigate to your university homepage. Then click the link. As long as clicking the link opens a new tab in the same browser you used to log into your account, your address will be verified. If clicking the link doesn't work, try copy/pasting the link in the same tab in which you're signed in on your university homepage. When copying links, make sure the link isn't broken.
If you're still unable to get verified, please contact BlueVolt Support at support@bluevolt.com.
