Shared Course Filter - shared course data is now included in the Admin Analytics Dashboard. Enrollments, Completions and BB Earned from your university’s shared courses can be included or excluded in charts by toggling a filter under the ‘Courses’ tab.

Resolved an issue in where month names were displayed out of order on the Admin Analytics Dashboard. Drill mode was activated making it easier to explore and analyze the data.

Secondary tables now display their items sorted in descending order, ensuring better clarity and easier identification of top-performing items.

Added an error screen for CET report generation timeouts, displaying a message with instructions to contact support.

Select/deselect metrics - Admins can now select which metrics to display on their dashboard by clicking on the individual metric cards. The graph will auto-scale accordingly when metrics are included or excluded from the graph. By default, BlueBucks earned is excluded from the graph but can be included with just a click.

Top categories, Courses & Groups - Admins can now see the top performing courses, categories, and groups in an easy-to-read table below the analytics dashboard. Admins can also group data by any of the metrics featured in the graph.

New Analytics Dashboard (beta) - Get quick and easy access to insightful data about your university. The dashboard allows Admins to visualize 4 key metrics with up to 365 days of data: Active Users, Enrollments, Completions, and BlueBucks Earned. Admins can drill down by filtering by date range, courses, categories or groups.
This feature is now available in beta and will be released to all universities at the end of June. Admins should contact their customer support managers if they would like to opt-in to the beta before then.

Multi-group Automation Suite triggers - Admins can now select more than 1 group when creating a rule in Automation Suite. If an Admin wants to enroll several groups of Learners into to a course, they can do so by selecting as many groups as they want with just one rule instead of creating a rule for each group. This saves Admins time by giving them more powerful tools to automate actions.

Custom email domains - Universities can now set their own email in the ‘From’ field for system emails sent to Learners.
