New Features
AI-powered Course Recommendations (beta)
Learners can now discover new courses through an AI-powered recommendations carousel on the Course Detail page. The system analyzes learner activity, profiles, and course data to surface personalized suggestions that are relevant and eligible to each user and the course page they’re on. This helps learners find more of the right content, boosts enrollments, and keeps them engaged within your university. More info here.
This feature is enabled in the Course Editor through a new Recommendation Mode setting. Courses already configured with manual recommendations will remain unchanged — the AI mode must be activated manually by the university if desired. When enabled, the section automatically presents personalized suggestions in the updated design and carousel layout.
The AI Course Recommender is being activated gradually for universities using the new Course Detail Page. Universities that have not yet transitioned will continue using their existing manual recommendation setup without changes.
