Contract Tracker
Introducing the Contract Tracker, a feature that enables University Admins to monitor their enrollment or user based account plans directly from the Admin portal. This feature gives Admin’s better transparency, enables proactive monitoring and helps prevent unexpected overages or billing confusion.
A new "Plan Usage" button displaying plan usage % is now accessible from any page within the Admin Site > Navigation Bar. When clicked, it opens a detailed modal displaying key plan metrics:

This feature is enabled only for universities with Manufacturer, Publishers & Distributors category types.

Improved CET Report Performance - Remove the Seat Time metric from Summary CET Reports to speed up report generation. Admins can still calculate Seat Time by running a detail report and selecting the Seat Time column.

Improved SSO (OAuth) Compatibility - OAuth now supports multiple configurations to enhance enterprise-level authentication flexibility and scalability.

CET report date restriction - We reverted a change that restricted the date range of CET reports to 1 year. Admins can now run reports without any time restrictions. We’re working on a long term solution to reduce the error rates of CET report pages.

Reporting API v4 – Get Module & All Modules
Two new endpoints have been added to Reporting API v4:

Salesforce API – Users Endpoint Updated with Address Fields
The Users endpoint now includes additional address and contact fields: country, street address, suite/apt number, city, state/province, postal code, and phone number. API documentation has been updated accordingly.

CET Report – Date Range Limited to 1 Year
To improve report performance and latency, the CET report now restricts the selected date range to ≤ 1 year.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where searching for a Learner by email using the “Get Users” button in Manual Pass caused an error page to appear.

Login Screen
We’ve launched a redesigned login screen that brings a modern, refined look and significantly improved performance. This updated experience not only enhances the visual appeal but also reduces load times for faster access. This will be rolled our progressively to all universities over the next month. Updated Subtitle Support

Subtitle Format Migration to VTT
The platform now uses the VTT format for subtitles across all video modules. Admins can continue uploading SRT files, which are automatically converted to VTT. Existing SRT subtitles have been migrated to ensure compatibility with the updated video player, which only supports VTT. This change ensures all new and legacy videos display subtitles correctly, without affecting playback or time tracking functionality. -
Updated Admin UI for Captions
The Admin interface has been updated to reflect the new support for both SRT and VTT formats using the generic term "Caption." Labels, tooltips, and validation messages now consistently refer to "Caption files" instead of "SRT files." Messages appear in English regardless of the selected UI language, and validations guide users to upload only .srt or .vtt files with proper language selection. Successful uploads now confirm the file type accordingly.

- Resolved an issue where CEU learners could not download state-specific certificates from their Learner Site transcript. Now, all applicable certificates are correctly displayed and available for download in the learner’s transcript after course completion
