New Features

Contract Tracker

Introducing the Contract Tracker, a feature that enables University Admins to monitor their enrollment or user based account plans directly from the Admin portal. This feature gives Admin’s better transparency, enables proactive monitoring and helps prevent unexpected overages or billing confusion.

A new "Plan Usage" button displaying plan usage % is now accessible from any page within the Admin Site > Navigation Bar. When clicked, it opens a detailed modal displaying key plan metrics:

  • Plan tier (Enrollments or Users)

  • Current usage (Percent & Total)

  • Contract Start/End Date

This feature is enabled only for universities with Manufacturer, Publishers & Distributors category types.

Enhancements

  • Improved CET Report Performance - Remove the Seat Time metric from Summary CET Reports to speed up report generation. Admins can still calculate Seat Time by running a detail report and selecting the Seat Time column.

  • Improved SSO (OAuth) Compatibility - OAuth now supports multiple configurations to enhance enterprise-level authentication flexibility and scalability.

  • CET report date restriction - We reverted a change that restricted the date range of CET reports to 1 year. Admins can now run reports without any time restrictions. We’re working on a long term solution to reduce the error rates of CET report pages.

New Features

  • Reporting API v4 – Get Module & All Modules
    Two new endpoints have been added to Reporting API v4:

    • v4/GetModule – Retrieves modules associated with the user’s primary university.

    • v4/GetAllModules – Retrieves all modules available to the user’s primary university.

  • Salesforce API – Users Endpoint Updated with Address Fields
    The Users endpoint now includes additional address and contact fields: country, street address, suite/apt number, city, state/province, postal code, and phone number. API documentation has been updated accordingly.

Enhancements

  • CET Report – Date Range Limited to 1 Year
    To improve report performance and latency, the CET report now restricts the selected date range to ≤ 1 year.

Bug Fixes 

  • Resolved an issue where searching for a Learner by email using the “Get Users” button in Manual Pass caused an error page to appear.

Reporting API v4

  • New endpoints: Added the GetCategoryHierarchy & EnrollmentsForUser endpoints to the latest version of the reporting API
  • Login Screen
    We’ve launched a redesigned login screen that brings a modern, refined look and significantly improved performance. This updated experience not only enhances the visual appeal but also reduces load times for faster access. This will be rolled our progressively to all universities over the next month. This update is the first step in a broader initiative to modernize the entire learner-facing interface across the platform. Enhancements

Updated Subtitle Support

  • Subtitle Format Migration to VTT
    The platform now uses the VTT format for subtitles across all video modules. Admins can continue uploading SRT files, which are automatically converted to VTT. Existing SRT subtitles have been migrated to ensure compatibility with the updated video player, which only supports VTT. This change ensures all new and legacy videos display subtitles correctly, without affecting playback or time tracking functionality.

  • Updated Admin UI for Captions
    The Admin interface has been updated to reflect the new support for both SRT and VTT formats using the generic term "Caption." Labels, tooltips, and validation messages now consistently refer to "Caption files" instead of "SRT files." Messages appear in English regardless of the selected UI language, and validations guide users to upload only .srt or .vtt files with proper language selection. Successful uploads now confirm the file type accordingly.

  • Salesforce API: Added the "Company Name" property to the Users endpoint
  • SalesForce Package update ( v1.11 ) with “Contacts” including "Company Name" property
  • Updated cart visibility logic so that the cart now appears when the university supports paid courses and/or paid training tracks (previously, it only considered paid courses)

Bug Fixes 

  • Resolved an issue where the CAPTCHA briefly appeared during the login process even when it wasn't required
  • Fixed minor bugs in the navigation bar
  • Resolve re-sync issues for users, enrollments and training tracks solved in Salesforce Syncdata API
  • Resolved an issue where extra hidden characters would sometimes get added to a phone number text field when edited by the user

  • Reporting API v4 - Training tracks endpoint: Added the GetAllTrainingTracks endpoint to the our newest version of the Reporting API, enabling secure access to training track data from a user’s primary university. Supports pagination and filtering to efficiently handle large datasets

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Resolved an issue where CEU learners could not download state-specific certificates from their Learner Site transcript. Now, all applicable certificates are correctly displayed and available for download in the learner’s transcript after course completion

Bug Fixes

  • Fixes an issue where some completed courses missing from the Learner Transcript when applying a specific date range and "Completed" status filter. Now, completed courses appear as expected, regardless of the enrollment date

  • Phone number formatting is now suggested in Edit Profile section for all universities. This ensures that if a university joins the incentive program after onboarding, phone numbers appear in the correct format

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where newly created Private Universities encountered an "Oops" error screen when attempting to create their first Training Track

  • Fixed an issue where the "Reset Changes" button in the Edit Profile section was not functioning correctly. the issue with resetting profile pictures is still pending resolution

  • Resolved an issue where Learners in multiple universities were asked to verify their email again when switching universities

  • Email verification is now required for user registration in all public universities, ensuring enhanced security and account validation across the platform

Improvements 

 Developer Portal

  • Updated Developer Portal Sign-Up Error Message: Users attempting to register with an email already in use now see a clear message instead of a generic server error

 Phone number formatting

  • Phone number formatting is now suggested in both the Sign-Up and Profile sections for universities that do not yet have $BB. This ensures that if a university later joins the incentive program, some phone numbers will already be in the correct format

Bug Fixes

  • The NATE Integration has been successfully restored, ensuring connectivity and functionality.

 $BB Redemption

  • Fixed an issue with Form 1099 when redeeming more than $600 USD in the current year.

We will be testing & slowly rolling out these new features to select universities over the next few weeks.

  • New login page (beta): All-new designed login page with a modern look-and-feel and simplified UX.
  • Email verification (beta): Admins can now require new users to verify their email address when completing the sign-up process. Email verification will be required for all new public university accounts.
  • OTP BlueBucks redemption (beta): Learners will be asked to verify their identity with one-time passcode verification (OTP) via SMS each time they redeem BlueBucks.
