AICC (Aviation Industry CBT Committee) predates SCORM. It is more complex and less commonly used today, but can be advantageous for sending secure information.
BlueVolt supports SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 (2nd, 3rd, and 4th editions), and AICC.

Troubleshooting SCORM Files:
SCORM File Freezes on Loading Slides in BlueVolt
SCORM File Freezes on Resume Screen
SCORM File Loads Slowly and Some Effects Don't Load
Issue - SCORM File Freezes on Loading Slides in BlueVolt
1. Check the SCORM publishing details in Storyline.
2. Change Quality from Adaptive to Static and republish the SCORM file.
3. Upload the course in BlueVolt and test again.
Issue - SCORM File Freezes on Resume Screen
1. Check the date that the SCORM file/course was created. If the file was created prior to 2022, it is possible that the file was created in a non-compliant format.
2. Find original .story file and republish the SCORM package.
Note: If you have a learner with this issue, have them try completing the course in Mozilla Firefox. Firefox uses a different code base to Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and is more compatible with older files.
Issue - SCORM File Loads Slowly and Some Effects Don't Load
1. Open the .story file in your course publishing program.
2. Identify how many triggers and effects are assigned to each button/slide.
3. See if there are any ways to lessen the number of effects and/or simplify the file.
4. Republish and test.
