Sharing Center: All-New My Shared Courses
Redesigned Shared Courses home: A single full-width view replaces the old split-screen layout, with "Courses Shared With Me" now organized into Inactive, Active, and Unshared tabs so you can see at a glance what's live, waiting to be activated, or unshared.
Easier catalog management at scale: Filter, sort, and multi-select now work across all tables so you can act on courses in bulk, and a new Catalog Visibility column shows exactly who can see each course — Public, Logged-In, Certain Groups, or Hidden.
Streamlined publisher tools: Publishers can now buy more enrollments directly from the course row, plus cleaner By Course and By Subscriber views for managing pricing, BlueBucks, enrollment caps, and approvals in one place.
This update will be rolled out progressively to all universities over the next three weeks.
CEU: Sales tax at Checkout
Applicable sales tax based on a learner’s billing zip code is now calculated and collected automatically at checkout, displayed as its own line item.

New Features
90-Day Auto-Expiration for Stale Requests: Pending course and partner requests automatically expire after 90 calendar days, keeping Sent and Received tabs free of stale entries.
Expired Requests in History Tab: Expired requests now appear in the History tab with an Expired status for both sender and receiver, including who sent the request and when it expired.

Email Reliability Improvements
We've migrated three more notification emails to our new email delivery service, bringing improved deliverability, centralized logging, and more consistent sender behavior. Functionality is unchanged — you'll receive the same notifications you do today, just through a more reliable, modern delivery path. Emails included in this release:
Course Schedule Reminder — sent to enrolled learners ahead of a scheduled course start, based on the "Email Reminders (Days Prior)" setting on the course schedule.
Course Shared (to You) — sent to University Admins at link/external universities when another university shares a course with theirs through the Sharing Center.
Course Behind Schedule — sent to learners (and optionally their group administrators, depending on Behind Schedule Email Options) when a learner's expected course completion date has passed, governed by the "Turn on Behind Schedule Email" property and configured frequency (Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

Sharing Center Alerts & Notifications (beta)
The Sharing Center has been redesigned to give admins a single place to see and act on every course and partner request. The "Notifications" tab is now "Requests" and consolidates inbound and outbound activity into one workspace, so admins no longer move between screens to manage the same workflow.
Unread badges and counts — Red notification badges in the main menu and tab headers, plus unread counts on each tab, make new requests impossible to miss.
Real-time notifications tray — Surfaces key events the moment they occur, including direct course shares received, enrollment limits being approached or hit, and publishers stopping a shared course.
Search, filter, and sort — Every request table supports search, filter, and sort, making it practical to work through large backlogs.
Received, Sent, and History views — Separate tabs for inbound requests, outbound requests, and past decisions.
These features will be slowly rolled out to all universities over the next few weeks. Reach out to your CSM if have feedback.

Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where automated reminder emails for scheduled ILT courses were being sent but not recorded in the Email Log. Admins can now confirm reminder delivery directly from the log.
Fixed an issue where Training Summary emails displayed the name of an incorrect university as the sender. Emails now show the correct university name, with custom domain configurations preserved for universities that have them configured.
Fixed an issue where learners assigned to Group-specific roles were not redirected to their designated partner portal upon login. Learners are now routed correctly after signing in.

Course Detail Page
Improved Category Tag Display: Course detail pages now show up to 6 category tags by default, with a “+N” option to expand and view all categories. This keeps the page clean and ensures the Enroll button remains easy to access.
Improved Module Launch Button Visibility: Module launch buttons are now larger, easier to spot, and fully clickable across the entire row, making it faster and more intuitive to start course content on web and mobile.
