First, ensure you're using a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. Next, try the following:
- Clear your browser cache.
- If viewing on a mobile device or tablet, make sure the course says "Mobile Compatible."
- Check your web browser settings and make sure that all settings are allowed for bluevolt.com (pop-ups, third party cookies, etc.).

- Check for and temporarily turn off browser extensions that block web content (e.g., ublock origin).
- If you are on a VPN, swap to a non-VPN network and attempt to load the course again.
- Wait and try launching the course during a lighter network traffic time.
Once you've done the items above, open a fresh browser window and log into your account and try re-launching the course again. If the screen is still blank, contact support@bluevolt.com.
