- If you're using a mobile device like an iPhone, iPad, or Android device, you may see a gray screen instead of the course material. If you see this gray screen after launching your course module on a mobile device, you'll need to use a laptop or desktop computer to view the course.
- If you are on a VPN, swap to a non-VPN network and attempt to load the course again.
If you're still having trouble getting your course to work on your browser after following these steps, please try closing the browser and opening a new session or viewing the course from another browser to see if that makes a difference.
