Sharing Content Using Easy GeneratorDisclaimer: Courses produced in Easy Generator may throw a "Server Connection Lost" error when shared with external LINK accounts.
If you are using Easy Generator and plan to share content to a LINK account, you will need to adjust the following settings before publishing to SCORM:
- In Easy Generator, navigate to the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top right corner.
- In the left-hand navigation, click "Login and Results."
- Change "Required Login" to "Skip Login" and select "None" as the secondary option.
-
Toggle off "Results Tracking" at the bottom of the window.
These steps are an interim solution while Engineering evaluates a long-term fix. If you need further assistance with this "Server Connection Lost" error, contact support@bluevolt.com.
