After a successful initial test of our new Live Chat support feature, we’ve decided to discontinue our general phone support line on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
Why are we discontinuing the phone support line?
By ending the support phone line and introducing Live Chat, we aim to streamline support and expedite response times.
What are the benefits of Live Chat?
Live Chat helps solve customers’ problems faster and removes the wait time traditionally associated with phone support. In our beta rollout, issue resolution times decreased by 25% and response times reduced by 90%. With chat, simple inquiries can be quickly resolved, while providing better tracking to more robust requests.
This feature is available as a free resource for all admins and CEU learners.
What if I need to contact Customer Support?
Live Chat is available to all Admins and CEU learners, allowing real-time help during business hours. Users can start a new chat by clicking the chat icon in the bottom corner of any Admin or CEU page.
For Admins of our enterprise software, customer success managers can still be reached over the phone or via email. CEU learners can still reach out to support via email at ceusupport@bluevolt.com.
