In 2026, BlueVolt is focused on streamlining admin workflows, enhancing the learner experience, and leveraging AI through smarter, more scalable platform tools.

Q1

Frictionless Course Sharing 

Simplifies the process for sharing courses and managing shared courses between universities through the following features:

  • Bulk Actions & UX Refresh - Adds batch operations (share, unshare, activate) and a redesigned UX for easier, faster course management.

  • Improved LINK support - Makes it easier for Admins to filter, sort and download courses shared through LINK. 

  • Shared Training Tracks -  Adds ability to share collections of courses through Training Tracks with sharing partners. 

  • AI Shared Course Recommender - Uses AI to suggest the most relevant courses from the sharing catalog

  • Notifications - Notify Admins via App or Email when they have a new sharing request or the status of a shared course has changed.

 

Q2

AIA Integration 

Implements a seamless integration with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) to automate course credit reporting between BlueVolt and AIA.

AI Learner course search

Deploys a next-generation AI-powered search experience in the Learner Portal, combining semantic understanding, vector search, and personalization signals. Learners find relevant courses faster using natural language capabilities. 

Unlimited CET reports 

Empowers Admins to run fast CET Reports without any timeouts or restrictions on date ranges.
